Yes! It will help your chances by increasing the folic acid and vitamin b levels in your body, making it a more stable and healthy environment for a baby. Also you will want to stay away from caffeine, which has been proven to make it harder to conceive. Good luck!

Have the doctors given you the OK to conceive again? You might want to be sure that your body is ready to conceive again. My brothers girlfriend had a miscarrage and was pregnant again about 7 months later and lost the baby because her body wasn't ready yet. If you have the OK, than good luck!

It is generally recommended that you wait until you have had three normal periods before trying to conceive again,it gives your body time to heal, but that is just a general rule, it is different for different women. Prenatal vits will not help you to conceive, but they will help to ensure your body is in a good state for pregnancy, and help maintain a healthy pregnancy once you have conceived, as will a good diet and gentle regular exercise. Good luck, many women have been there, myself included, and have gone on to have healthy children.

No, prenatal vitamins won't get you pregnant. It will help to prepare you for carrying a baby. Its for the mercury in fish products or tuna products etc. so that your body does not have too much mercury. Hope that helps.

It is to my understanding that it does help. Regardless, it doesn't hurt, but you should make sure the vitams you are taking are only over the counter ones, or ask your OB to prescribe you your own and not take someone else's.

All prenatal vits do is get your body ready for pregnancy in terms of nutrients, and ensure any baby you conceive is as healthy as possible. They cannot increase your fertility, they simply don't have the ability to do that! If only, every woman trying to conceive would be taking them (though they should, but so many don't!) I would always take ones prescribed by, or recommended by your own dr, there are so many dangerous things for pregnant women to be taking, its just not worth the risk. My partner is a dr and he says so many people have the misconception that vits help you get pregnant, if they did fertility clinics charging a fortune for treatment would be out of business!

Prenatals will help your body become a wonderful environment for implantation and carrying a baby. They will not help you to conceive.

I must say that I began taking prenatal vits before I conceived my daughter and again a few months ago- I conceived and miscarried at 8 weeks. I don't think taking them will help you get pregnant but will allow your body to prepare for the major changes that take hold while you are pregnant..
Good luck and I am currently doing the samething. Taking prenatals and Folic acid trying to conceive.
