If your being charged by the federal Governent , can they go into to your juvenile records that is over thirteen years old to try to label you as a career criminal?

Can they, heck they can try, it will be up to your attorney to be sure they are not allowed. They willl have to show how these cases built up and continued your life of crime. If they can't get a court order to get the court records, But most of this would be used in sentencing.

They will or may try to do any and everything they possibility can to put you away for as long as they can. That is their job, So your job is to get the best attorney you can, to get all the evidence you can throw out.
