I have just been informed that my 4year old daughter has scarring on her right kidney and has blood in her urine, but no signs of any infection. Does anyone know how this is caused or tell me how worried I should be. :(
She was born 4 weeks premature could this be the cause. What damage can this kidney scarring cause.

You really need to take her to a specialist; maybe such as a Gastroenteroligist. There are tests to determine what is causing the bleeding.
