My friend has an IMac G5 - her e-mail has tagged every message she sends out to read to the same person - ex: she sends to Joe, Phil & Robin - they all read Joe - even though they go to everyone, only Joe shows in the to line... HELP

Depends what email program she is using. Maybe she has a rule to add the other recipients? Is she using the CC or BCC field?
Check the account settings in the email program.
If you put Joe in the TO box and Phil & Robin in the CC or BCC box, this will happen. Just put them all in the TO box, separated by commas.
