I was trying to remove a fuse to determine which lights and outlets a particular fuse went to. Well when I tried to twist out the 15A fuse by unscrewing it, the fuse did not want to move. So I gripped with all my might, and twisted and the top of the fuse has broke of enough that it is no longer connectted securely with the threaded part of the fuse. So I am an amateur and do not want to correct this until I know exactly the correct and safe way to replace this fuse. I have only worked on homes in the past with a main circuit breaker where I could shut off all the power. I cannot see on this box if there is a main shut off switch. Can someone please explain the safe and correct way I can remove the old fuse with out getting my bbq'd. Thanks
