I recently reinstalled my printer. It is an hP Officejet all-in-one 4200 series. When I put the install disc and went through the setup and got to the hardware configuration I ran into problems. I connected the printer and it found it. It started configuring it and got to the 7/8 thing it was doing and stopped for like 10 minutes. Then it said installation complete and the window disapeered and the driver installation popped up and it started detection all these ports: hP officejet 4200 series (DOT4), hP officejet 4200 series(DOT4PRT), hP officejet 4200 series(DOT4USB), and officejet 4200(DOT4PRINT). Does anyone know why it installed 4 different ports? And what are DOT4 ports? Thanks.
