Being a karnataka state syllabus student do you think I am at a huge disadvantage when it comes to IIT-JEE when compared to CBSE students?in that case what should I do to be on par with CBSE students?

I want to crack iit jee ,even now I am student of jec cse,which is at 35 position in indian eng. College,what will I do?
