I don't exactly know what these are... my mom said that it could be exema or something. I have read that people get rid of them in the summer, but mine never go away. I've had them for about 4 years, and I'm honestly sick of them. Please don't hesitate to help me. :)

I had never noticed them because I don't have them but my best friend did and she went to a dermatologist and she said he said it was a virus and that they didn't go away although she did get med for it. That's also hederitary. Honestly unless you are like CRAZY pale people won't notice them.. :)

I cannot make a diagnosis over the Internet. If you've had this skin condition for four years and the bumps have not subsided, I recommend that you see a dermatologist. He/she can make a proper diagnosis to determine the cause of your skin condition and then prescribe a treatment to help clear up your skin.

Heya, it seems to me you have what i have. 40% of adults have it and 50% to 80% of teenagers have it. It is not ezema !! It is something called Keratosis Pilaris there is no proper cure for it but many things that could help. Such as, emollients, lactic acid, tretinoin cream, alpha- hydroxy acid lotions, urea cream and salicicylic acid. emolloents help minor cases whereas you should only use the acids in a servier case. It takes a little while but does help. I have also found that coconut oil helps my skin but it's up to you. :)

I have the same thing, and I believe that I have a post about it as well... I've had it my whole life (I'm 21). Its annoying. I plan on seeing the doc in Jan.

I have had the same thing on the back of my arms and legs - they get so much worse in the winter I have noticed. I have had them all my life and remember having them on my cheeks when I was young but luckily not anymore. They drive me crazy - the big problem is that you scratch them cz they are annoying which makes them go red and look worse! Would exfoliator help?

Mine was diagnosed as Keratosis Pelaris. There is no cure.

Hi

I do remember having it until my twenties but it went away completely for me.

Even contradicted the doctor as he said it would not go but when I explained to him that it had for me he read his little book and he said it stated there was a chance it may go.

My 6 year old little girl has it all over her arms and legs but rest of her body like silk, very strange.

Great diagnosis though.

Fingers crossed that it goes when you get older.

Hey got that same thing and don't know what it is. Woke up yesterday and elbow hert felt around and found little bump and I can't stop scraching it. And by dinner time had another throbing itchy bump that you can't see but can sure feel them... don't understand. I am healthy and athletic never had a broken bone never had a disease??
