I have an oblong capsule dark green/light green with E613 imprinted on it. Can you tell me what it is?

Where did you find it? Take it to your pharmacy for proper identification and disposal.

It's an antihistamine called Hydroxyzine Pamoate, it can be used to treat skin rashes but can also be used to treat nervousness and a few other things too. Because it has such a wide range of effects it also has a lot of side effects. If it doesn't belong to you, just dispose of it.
