I need the latest drver for Driver for ATI Rage/Rage II PCI )ati_m64).Does anyone know where I can get it.

The ATI driver page is here: Drivers & Software (http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html)
Select your OS then select Legacy.
Don't see Rage II there as it is very old. You can also try here but at your own risc:
