So last summer I met this guy who's older than me at a party
We knew each other for an hour && then we hooked up [not sex.. but 1st && 2nd base]
&& then we stopped talking to each other until recently.. we started talking again about 1-2months ago && we've been on one "date" && stuff
He goes to a different school than me && we still don't know too much about each other, although we've been talking about our past relationships && what we're looking for right now.. && it seems like we're both going with the whole going with the flow kind of thing && whatever happens happens
I just want to know if anything could become of this because I just got of a really bad relationship && I haven't been talking or seeing anyone for 3 months && things have been a little rocky between us lately [well not really rocky.. just kind of akward] && I just don't want to get hurt again
Is this just another summer fling or is this the real thing?

Hey girlie, all I can tell you, is keep praying on it, and keep asking God what he thinks. If you guys cross pathes, it happens, but remember, I just want you to date someone that your comfortable with. If he won't pressure you, and you feel like everything is right, mabye you should pursue to dating him. Just don't be stupid! You know you're my best friend (as a girl) and all I want to see is you happy. Pray about it.

I guess I would put less emphasis on whether this is a Summer Fling or the real deal and just have fun. Allow the relationship to develop at it's own pace. You both go to different schools - why pressure yourself or him? Take time for yourself to enjoy the friendship. You yourself said you are still working through some bad stuff from a previous relationship. Treat yourself well. Learn to appreciate what you two have in common and work from there. Be natural. Take care.
