My question is I know that they can't garnish my disability check from the va but if it is in the bank can they pay it out to the creditor if it is in my bank acct.

Since the court order can't tell what money is in the account, did it come from your check or perhaps the money you make at the track betting on the horses. ( get the idea)
So yes they can freeze the bank account and they you will have to prove the money in that account is just frm the disability check.
