When I am shotting down my windows xp pro I get the massage dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed

HELLO OUT THERE, JUST SIGNED UP. THANKS FOR HAVING ME. BUT THIS IS BAFFLING.

I use Limewire to download... and Media Player 11 to play, rip & burn. When trying to burn, I get:

"Windows Media Player encountered a problem while burning the file to the disc"

Then a clikc for "Web Help" and get this:

Error message: "C00D10DA
Original error code: 80040155

Question is, what can I do? Plus, if I re-install Windows Media Player 11, will I lose all the songs I have on there? Thanks.
