I want to lose 40lbs quickly, at least by 2weeks is there a way someone can give me information on it or what to do? :confused:

Losing 40 lbs. in 2 weeks would put your health at risk. You need to set a more realistic goal. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat 3 healthy, balanced meals a day and get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Before going on a diet, you should see a physician.
