Im very short and petite but I'm worried. I have school tight school trousers and my legs don't fit them (thighs) even the smallest size and when I see them I see that they aren't big there tiny but when I haven't got them I see them fat and ugly. My stomach I hate and I want to lose weight. The problem is I hate salad and all that. Im really worried even my family said I got to start watching my weight. Im getting really worried. Is there any Fitness things or any food I can replace?
x x x Thanks:confused:

What kind of food do you eat?

Well the foods not to eat are fast foods, fatty foods, snack foods like cakes, cookies, chips. Another thing would be to try and not eat processed foods, eat more natural fruits and veggies, seeds and nuts. Avoid soda or preweetened drinks and drink lots of water, especially before meals. Calcium regulates energy metabolism, which increases fat breakdown and decreases amount of body fat. People who eat 3-4 servings per day lose more weight and body fat. Low fat (1-2% or skim milk, low fat cheese and yogurt increases fat breakdown in fat cells. The more calcium stored in a fat cell the more calories the body will burn. You didn't say anything about your exercising habits , you need to jog, walke, bike, weights/ resistance train, aerobics or swim, 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. If you eat an appropriate number of calories from a balanced diet that includes fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meat and fat free dairy you should see changes, it just times time.
