OK I like this guy but he doesn't know it what do I do he calls me his sis but I like him and like I want to be more then just friends what would you do give me some advice

Why don't you initiate the first move and ask him out ? He can only say no.

Talk to him, that's always a good start. Ask if he would like to go for a walk and just talk to him. But don't rush into anything. Work on getting to know each other better.

The best way to find out if there is a possibility than being more than friends, is to be honest about your feelings. He may still think of you as a sis, but at least you were being honest about your feelings. If he doesn't feel the same, at least you can that you tried, and if he does then... who knows. Good luck.
