What is difference between NM3/HR and CFM in compressed air

NM³/hr=normal cubic meter per hour,this is at atmospheric pressure and 0°C(32°F)
It should be compared to SCFM,where the "S" stands for standard,but I do not know if the "standard" condition of the US-units are the same as the "normal" SI units.If it is so,1 scfm=1.699 NM³/hr
