I have been searching for a good pet insurance policy. Does anyone know a good pet insurance company? And does anyone know of any pet insurance company that covers pre-existing conditions?

Most pet insurance companies aren't the same as human health insurance companies. The most notable difference is that most of them are reimbursement programs, rather than a tool to cut your bills. You have to pay out of your pocket up-front at the vet and then provide documentation to get a reimbursement check, so unless you already have the money for the vet visit, then insurance isn't going to help much.
With that said, most companies offer very similar limits and benefits, so which you choose is really just based how much you like them and how they treat you. I don't know of any companies that cover pre-existing conditions, I'm sorry. =(
You might want to speak with your vet, as some pet hospitals offer various forms of insurance, and your vet may be able to recommend a carrier for you. Ask other hospitals too, because sometimes vets can be a little biased and what works for them doesn't work for you.
Good luck!
