Since they can't prove you got the items, I don't believe they really have a case for a civil trial or a criminal trial. If someone that was in your home called them and told them they say this item or that item, then maybe with that persons testomony they could get a warrant, but I just don't see it happening. ** now with that said, if you are a suspect as a drug dealer, or some crime boss, and they could get a judge to sign a warrant for this, hopeing to find something else while they are there, but the odds of that happening is pretty small,
