My boyfriend and I have been living together for 1 year. His name is not on the lease and he is refusing to leave. We leave in Va. Is there anything that I can do?

This gets very fine into if he was paying bills while he was there, if you had an arrangement where he was paying you, or helping pay some bills, he would most likely be considered a renter ( he is renting from you) you havve the lease. If that is the case you will have to give him notice to leave. If on the other hand, he is merely a guest, normally you can merely call the police to escort him out, and lock him out.
