This line is from Derailed... Clive Owen says to Jennifer Aniston "I bet you 20 bucks I can kiss you without ever touching your lips". He gives her the 20 bucks and goes to kiss her, and he gets really close to her lips but doesn't actually touch them. He then looks at her, smiles and says "It was worth every penny."
