Only when you are ready. We don't know the answer to your question, unfortunately.
But when you do have sex, make sure that you are prepared for all possible consequences such as pregnancy and STDs.

I agree with J_9, having sex means being ready to accept the responsibilities of pregnancy and disease.
Sex isn't just an empty activity. Wait until you find that special someone to share this important life event with.

When you meet the right person... and by that I don't mean a willing person. There is a lot of risk these days, and not just by stuff that will kill you. So don't jump at the first willing person.
