What water temperature should it be first and last

And I have acne

When you wash your faces do you use a sponge, washcloth, or hands

Do you scrub or do it gently when you have the facial wash on your face

For how long do you do this ? 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 60 sec and please say what water you use to wash the cacial wash off your faces

What do you use and what water you wash off and when you splash the water do you? Splash then rub hard or just splash and rub or just splash

I have heard that when you wash your face you should have the water quite warm because it lets your skin relax and that allows your pours to open up, therefore letting you clean them better and get all the dirt out. Hope this helps

I recommend that you wash your face only twice a day, morning and evening. First, wet your face with warm water to loosen dirt and clogged pores. Next, use a dime-sized gentle cleanser, and apply it on your face in a circular motion for a few seconds. Rinse your face with lukewarm or cool water afterwards, then pat your face dry with a towel.

OK let me tell you the best stuff to use for your face is aveeno soap it's the best I told my brother to use it he had bad acme an he used like a bath spunge when he washed his face an it really works try it you don't need all those acme products cause that will make it worse trust me :P good luck

I agree. Aveeno soap works wonders on my skin. I use the foaming cleanser with salycilic acid, which prevents pimples, but also contains soy, to moisturize, but doesn't clog pores! Genious!

I wash morning and evening, and after each wash I use a witch hazel cleanser and my acne has cleared up loads

What is witch hazel, and where can I get it?

Witch hazel contains alcohol which irritates and dries out the skin. Try using a toner designed for your skin type.

Witch hazel does not contain alcohol. It is an astringent, which clears up any irritation with your pimples. It does dry the skin, but is clearing up the acne by drying the oils around it.
