Hi, I just got a paper from plaintiff, I owe about 3000, I attach a picture of the front page of that paper. The problem is I'm current a full time college student and I don't have a job to pay this debt off. Im also in debt from other company. Please tell me what I should do? Thanks.

Crush the paper and if they inquired from you about paper tell them I haven't revcieved yet

File notice of intend to defend with the court and a copy to the plaintiff.

Once you have don't this, send a request for discovery to the plaintiff, requesting documentation of the alleged debt, copy of the original contract you signed, complete accounting of the alleged debt, has the attorney purchased the alleged debt from the plainitff, etc.

Don't admit to anything until they have provide you witt the documents.
If they cannot produce the original contract you signed than they have no claim against you. No contract, no claim.
