One obvious point just to get it our of the way. The 1st amendment guarantees that the GOVERNMENT cannot make laws prohibiting the freedom of speech. It does not say an employer can't can you for what you say .

This was stated after it was made clear by Utah Guv Spencer Cox had detailed that the shooter had leftist leanings .

ABC affiliates around the nation heard from listeners objecting to Kimmel's lie. They made a business decision to yank his show off the air .

What about the NY Slimes though ? They published lies about Kirk just hours after he was killed .

Kirk was a long time defender of the State of Israel . But their report claimed he was antisemitic .They based it on things he said . Turns out what he said was quoting a post on social media that he then critiqued .

The Slimes caught with their pants down issued a correction.

An earlier version of this article described incorrectly an antisemitic statement that Charlie Kirk had made on an episode of his podcast. He was quoting a statement from a post on social media and went on to critique it. It was not his own statement

The Slimes had a staff of 6 "reporters " on this article . None of them made the effort to fact check this before the original publishing .


The Washington Compost had to fire a "reporter " after she altered quote from Kirk to make it appear that he thought Black Women "do not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously"

What he was doing was critiquing Black women leaders who on the one hand claim that if they were called an affirmative action hire; that person is a racist ;while at the same time defending affirmative action and claiming they themselves were where they are at because of affirmative action.
