Michael Caputo is an advisor to Trump . During the campaign he used his Google Email account in his strategizing the 2024 campaign.
A notice from Google in March told Caputo he’d been monitored by the FBI since September, 2023, weeks after he agreed to take on “Weaponization of Government” issues for the 2024 Trump campaign.

Judicial Watch filed FOIA requests to the DOJ . They have not responded so they are now filing a law suit to release the details
