Sesame Street used to use a ditty 'One of these things is not like the other ' to teach children how to differentiate .
Figured I'd give it a shot to compare scientists .

1st contestant . The guy who calls himself 'the science guy ' ; Bill Nye . He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering . He worked for Boeing designing jet parts before he reinvented himself by becoming an actor who plays the part of a science guy on TV . He went on to become a political actor who promotes a science agenda of the left.

2nd contestant

Brian May He doesn't pretend to be 'the science guy' .He has a PhD in Astrophysics from Imperial College London . He completed his doctoral thesis on the motions of interplanetary dust in 2007, after a 30 year hiatus from academia . He has co-authored several books on the subject, such as 'Bang! The Complete History of the Universe 'and 'The Cosmic Tourist'. He has also participated in various scientific projects and events, such as the New Horizons mission to Pluto

3rd contestant . Dolf Lundgren .He persued an acting career like Bill Nye did . He does not claim to be a science guy . He has a master’s degree in chemical engineering at the University of Sydney in Australia. He also won a Fulbright Scholarship to study at MIT,

You can add Dr. James Tour to that list. One of the leading organic chemists in the world of academia and holder of many patents concerning so called "molecular machines". He is also a leading critic of the many fallacies concerning origin of life research.

Might also consider Dr. Stephen C. Meyer, a leader in the field of the history of science and a formidable supporter of the theory of intelligent design.

All of those mentioned are far above Bill Nye. He is, for all practical purposes, not even on the same planet.
