Dems are trying to deflect openly questioning JD Vance's service; over reports that the compliant press swear are debunked ,that Tim Walz bugged out of the National Guard when he learned his unit was going to be deployed in Iraq.
They know Vance served . They know he was deployed . So the question apparently is if he actually saw combat . He was after all only a war correspondent . He served in Iraq for 6 months as a combat correspondent, in public affairs.

Would anyone question that type of risk if their name was Ernie Pyle ,Walter Cronkite , Ed Bardley, or Bob Woodruff ?
