Here is ANOTHER posting that may be read but most likely not commented on . I want to thank ASHD for providing me the space to do a personal blog that no one sees .

Seymore Hersh's latest article accuses Ukraine and Zelensky of massive corruption (gee what a surprise ! )

The Ukraine government, headed by Volodymyr Zelensky, has been using American taxpayers’ funds to pay dearly for the vitally needed diesel fuel that is keeping the Ukrainian army on the move in its war with Russia. It is unknown how much the Zelensky government is paying per gallon for the fuel, but the Pentagon was paying as much as $400 per gallon to transport gasoline from a port in Pakistan, via truck or parachute, into Afghanistan during the decades-long American war there.
What also is unknown is that Zelensky has been buying the fuel from Russia, the country with which it, and Washington, are at war, and the Ukrainian president and many in his entourage have been skimming untold millions from the American dollars earmarked for diesel fuel payments. One estimate by analysts from the Central Intelligence Agency put the embezzled funds at $400 million last year, at least; another expert compared the level of corruption in Kiev as approaching that of the Afghan war, “although there will be no professional audit reports emerging from the Ukraine.”
“Zelensky’s been buying discount diesel from the Russians,” one knowledgeable American intelligence official told me. “And who’s paying for the gas and oil? We are. Putin and his oligarchs are making millions” on it.

TRADING WITH THE ENEMY - Seymour Hersh (substack.com) (https://seymourhersh.substack.com/p/trading-with-the-enemy)

Hersh also says that, many government ministries in Kiev have been literally “competing”…to set up front companies for export contracts for weapons and ammunition with private arms dealers around the world.

The issue of corruption was raised during a meeting between CIA Director William Burns and Zelensky in January

CIA director held covert meeting with Zelensky on Russia’s next steps - The Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2023/01/19/cia-william-burns-zelensky-ukraine-russia/)

Burns handed Zelensky a list of 35 corrupt Ukraine officials. Hersh wrote: “The senior generals and government officials in Kiev were angry at what they saw as Zelensky’s greed, so Burns told the Ukrainian president, because ‘he was taking a larger share of the skim money than was going to the generals.’”

Zelensky fired 10 of them .

Hersh further claims there is a rift between US intel agencies and the White House over the decision to destroy Nord Stream II ;a move made unilaterally by Quid Pro Joe without consultation from the Intel community .

;a move made unilaterally by Quid Pro JoeWhat a frightening thought.

The whole deal reminds me of President Nguyễn Văn Thiệu of South Vietnamese fame.

It has been somewhat remarkable to see how this site has been bleeding posters for the past two or three years. Tal checked out, then the Aussie disappeared, and now Athos is gone. A couple of others drifted in and out over time but, I guess, have moved on. WG and CB post but rarely.

I don't think AMHD administration is very interested in promoting this site. I don't know why . Maybe they were not successful in monetizing this venture.

I've asked about that in the past. The answer concerned some issue of Google resetting some of the algorithms used in search engines that pushed AMHD to the back of the line. Don't know if that's the case or not, but this place sure has become dead.

I'm also convinced that, at least on this discussions page, liberals don't like it when confronted with the truth. It angers them enough to just go elsewhere.

The honest answer is I don't know, I just sweep up.
We used to be very busy with google traffic, but over the years the algo's have changed and we no longer rank at all.
We still see alot of guest traffic (1000+ regularly) with people just looking, but very low sign ups.
Not as sticky as we used to be.

Shame really, but all things change, or stagnate....

I'm on Quora too. I usually have 5-10 questions waiting for me every morning -- some of my categories being writing, publishing, libraries, religion. Is there a way to make changes on this site to attract questioners?

Ben if it is any consolation ;the other sites I visit are also stifled. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you will .I believe that people who would pose a counter narrative have been sufficiently intimidated by the western censor culture . Even here I often think I am walking on egg shells even though I have no evidence that my words have been censored.

Quora don't work for me . I don't pretend to be an expert in a Q&A format. I am into the discussion and debate ......opinion backed up by facts.

I'm an expert on those topics and others, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience. Discussion threads have sometimes developed --and can be encouraged -- with others chiming in.
