I'm speaking of the 'Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau' (CCRB). Trump's State Dept under Mike Pompeo created CCRB to do rapid evacuations . This would've taken responsibility of rapid response away from 'OP-MED' which was created after Benghazi and in itself has done great work to rescue Americans ;especially in the age of covid....ie they helped 328 Americans home from the stranded Diamond Princess in Japan after it's covid outbreak. CCRB would have expanded the scope of the OpMed .

But because it was a Trump initiative ,Quid put a hold on the program.
