Dwwin.exe-DLL initialization failed because the window is shutting down -

I get this message almost every time I shut down. Any suggestions out there?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat 7 on Windows XP (Home) Platform? If yes uninstall Adobe and install the new version 8 or the old version 6 and try.
