Tell us what you have attempted to do so far. Have you removed the trim plater from around the shower valve and looked into the wall (while running shower) to see if the leak is from the shower valve or the shower arm? If not, start evaluating there.

Is this a tile shower?

Is this a tile floor with mud job?

How old is the shower valve?

Finally, when you step in the shower does the shower floor flex up and down a bit?
