I have replaced the battery, cleaned the cables and posts so they shine. The van will start when I use my charger , but when I turn it off will not start again. Could anyone offer an answer to whar my problem may be as it runs very well when running

If the van started with a charger, it should have started when you replaced the battery. Check the battery you replaced. I recommend getting the charging system check
