I'm in Ky. How do I get a transcript from a closed school?

It all depends on what type of school it was.
If it was a private owned school and not accredited with the Department of Education it is very likely you will not be able to. Unless it was bought out by someone.
If it was an accredited school, you contact the Department of Education for your state.
