My monthly period is due and I am 3 weeks late. I had few blood spottings not regularly, a very little bit of brown discharge when I cleaned myself. I get similar pain in lower abdomen as we have during montly periods and it is followed by a blood spotting.. not heavy or normal just few drops. I have leg joint pain at times. There are no cramps in my stomach, no tenderness of breast, no typical pregnant symptoms that I can notice.
I have thyroid also. I weigh 80kgs and my age is 25.
Are these symptoms of pegnancy?

Have you taken a HPT? At 3 weeks late, I would start there.

It can be a sign of pregnancy. But the safest way is to take a urine test and if that comes up negative then you should go to the doctor and let him/her know what's going on with your body
