I have a one year lease on a condo that is forsale in Florida. What happens if it sells? There is no mention of that in the lease

If a leased property is sold, any leases in force at the time of sale must be honored. However, the new owner may not want to renew the lease. If so, they will need to give you notice of that according to the lease terms.
