I hurt my back playing softball, my mother gave me 1 of her Tylenol 3 (with Codiene) and I took it on March 6th 2018. My husband and I are going through a divorce and he wants custody of our kids. He has asked the judge for a hair follicle test. Will 1 codiene pill show up over 2 months after use?

Hair follicle testing is meant to test consistent use over a long period. Just one pill, taken only once, will not show up on a follicle test.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. One time use won't show up on a hair drug test.
