You should start your search with his last known town/state, I presume you know his occupation so that gives you a start. Where next check local town/city hall for electoral roll registers (I presume these are accessible). If you give us a few clues others may be able to chip in with ideas.

He is last known in Rivera Texas down by the coast. He is a carpenter and also has been. That is his only known occupation. He loves to go bowling and watch the races. He has one biologicaclly daughter I know of named Jessica. If more info needed I can give.
