I have a 2002 Honda CR-V (180,000 miles) which had an erratic idle problem. I replaced the IACV and solved the problem. Is is Now at about 40mph and 1500rpm I occasionally get a rough engine like it was getting too lean a mixture. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using a code reader? Auto Zone has them and can help diagnose your issues.
