Has anyone ever had a 7.3L diesel blow out oil going down the highway?

Oil line, oil fitting? Where located?

Where did oil come from?

Problem on 7.3 is the three o-rings on top of engine going to high pressure oil pump... two are line going to each head and one is a plug. Very high pressure... oil comes out fast if bad
