My daughters are studying in the Uni in Belarus and are fasting for 19 1/2hrs. . Alhamdulillah they are fasting but find it very difficult. Is there any Fatwa given to people in such countries where they fast for more than 18 hrs. I would appreciate it very much if you could clarify me on this matter
