I have 10 numbers of old Rs 500 notes.How to exchange it? Is it possible to exchange from RBI Trivandrum?

According to this news article, What To Do With 500 And 1,000 Rupee Notes (http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/what-to-do-with-notes-of-rs-500-and-rs-1000-1622963) , you had until December 30, 2016 to exchange them. Now, it appears your only option is to deposit them at the Reserve Bank.
After December 30, these can be deposited at the Reserve Bank with a declaration
