When it states 35X18X34 which is the length, height, depth . Which comes first?

Height is supposed to be last. The other two can vary. And people say length/depth or width/depth. In general, if one number is quite a bit more than the other, the larger one will be width.

A typical cabinet might be 35 wide (across, or long), 18 deep (front to back), and 34 high.

(I sold furniture for years)

Also could depend on who wrote it. If it looks Higher than it is wide, Height may be first.
