There was this cookies i really liked, my mom made them from the recipe that was in my social studies book and I guess that was in 2010 or 2011. I remember the ingredients but I don't know the measurements. The book was a purple social studies book with a hard cover. If I am not wrong the ingredients were cocoa, milk, butter, vanilla, baking powder, egg, flour, sugar and I guess there was one more ingredient but I am not sure. If anyone by any chance knows this recipe please share it with me.
Thanks in advance

In Slovakia? Madagascar? Mexico City?

I make cookies all the time and don't measure.
Here are some approximate amounts for half a batch:
Cream 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
Add 1 egg and beat well
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon baking powder
Add a little less than a cup of flour alternating with 1/4 cup milk.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
If you double it, stay with 1 egg

Is your mom available? Maybe she wrote down the recipe.

No, I actually don't know that. But you may find it searching on Google.
