I want to know about how to get relief from a giant problem I have. I feel very dull in noon time. I can not able to do any work whatever I want. It seem I am not in my control, but in morning and evening, even at night also, I feel good but in noon time its very bad to me. I want to defeat this. Please suggest me.

Time to consult your own medical practitioner.

Doesn't sound mental so much as dietary. You are losing what your body needs to keep you working, protein, vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates.
Please describe a typical day of your eating habits. Also fluids! You could be dehydrated, which makes us get weak, dizzy, even pass out or hallucinate.

It sounds as if you have the same problem most people have half way through their day.
The first thing you need to do is see your doctor to rule out any medical condition such as thyroid disorder.

Have to agree with the others that a doctor can help guide you to the solution to your daytime sleepiness/tiredness issues.
Many people get sleepy right after lunch, or the middle of the day, especially early risers. Evaluation of many factors is whats needed, so whatever adjustments can be made.

Keep in mind, responders, that many medical questions here come from parts of the world where there is no such thing as a family doctor, and waits at clinics (if there are any) can be all day, and treatment is often reserved for the critical and obvious ailments and injuries.
I know people even in big cities who tell me that it's not worth it most of the time.
