Question: In three years, assuming the competitive environment remains unchanged, how many units of Boat will Baldwin be selling in the Nano market segment?
Answer Choices: 687, 602, 764, 464
My Steps:
Multiplied the units sold for this product (700) times the growth rate which was 14%. I did this for three years and got 1037.0808. This is not an option.
700*.14 = 98
700+98- 798 (Year 1)
798*.14=111.72
798+111.74=909.72 (Year 2)
909.72*.14=127.3608
909.72+127.3608=1037.0808
Am I misunderstanding where to get the answer from? :( Thank you in advance!
