Hello Anyone,

I just recently bought a Pacific Hydro 1hp shallow well pump model number 61985 and I can't seem to get it to pull water from my well. I have replaced pvc pipes to the well thinking it may be cracked or broken and still have no luck with getting any water from well and its not dry. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

Please help

1. Is it properly primed?
2. Are you confident the footvalve is working properly? If not, then the pump will not hold prime.
3. Is this a sandpoint well or drilled?

Assuming one pipe goes into the well from your description. Correct?
