My mother gave birth to a daughter in New York City on January 29, 1957. She named her Elizabeth and put her up for adoption. I would like to find my half sister. My mother has since passed away. Her name was Mary Anne and Dismer.

Probably impossible, particularly since it was almost 60 years ago.
