How to? Remove old ones first... then install new ones. If you have to make your own then some measuring cutting and bending will be involved.

Disconnect battery to prevent spark, remove gas cap to depressurize fuel system, use flare wrench to tighten the outlet line from the filter, and torque banjo bolt (with new copper washer) to 16 lb.-ft.
