I have a friend with court today. Us it possible to find out what time the hearing is, and or the results of the judgement?

Your friend should have been given notice as to what time to appear. Depending on the circumstances, the results of the judgment may vary. Your friend should contact his/her attorney with these questions.

I'm the unofficial girlfriend. We have been seeing each other off and on without commitment for years. It works for us. However, I'm more into us than I appear. He knows his court time and info, of course, I'm trying to find out information for myself.

Court schedules may be posted online. Its up to the individual court whether it does so. You would have to check with the local court to find out if it does. Its unlikely that the results of the hearing would be posted for several days if they post them at all. Again this would vary from court to court, so you have to check with the specific court.

If you know which court you can call and get the docket for that day. It can take a long time before the results are posted for the public record though.

In other words, you want to know more than he is willing to share with you. You could, of course, check with the court clerk for the time and courtroom, and the go to the courthouse and see for yourself what happens.

Or, if you don't want him to know you know, ask a (non-mutual) friend to go in your place.

You are sort of a stalker, it appears. :)

Thank you ALL for your input. He was able to call and give me some bad news himself. I did fumble around and find the time of court and sent him a text prior to his sentencing, maybe that's why he call me.. humm

Many of the cases, as noted, the court schedule for most courts are posted online, or available from the court clerk. (seems like you found that out)

The sentencing if this is criminal case is often available online also, but about 6 to 8 weeks after, (a lot of processing of paper work)

But again, if they are not willing to tell you, sounds like a poor relationship.
